Colin, if you took these pictures, probably someone near you know how to get them, cause they are from various sites over the net.

Don't know if they can be posted here. If not just tell me and I cancel this topic  Wink

I think the Chris Thompson pic is one of mine but the other bands must have been taken after I left London....................

Hi Terry. Yes, sometimes I search for new pics. Let's see if happen to find some more... and I will not forget to post here. Promise.

Hey, nice. I would like to send my sincere regards to Steve Harris. I truly love this guy for what he believed and did. He is inspiration for what we should fight for in life. So if you meet him again, Terry, remember to tell him Lira's message  Wink

I'm curious to read this book.

cheers

Never mentioned here (I think). The band is BLITZ and the year is 1976.

Yes Blitz was one of my early bands, they played for over a year, and were  the first band to go on TV.from my time at the bridge.
They change there name to Foster Brothers, and appeared on Top of the pops.
Graham Forster ,played with Marshall hane,+many others.
his brother who was the roadie, and  the guitarist Robbie McKintosh, played with P McCartney and girl rock star,From the USA? the drummer / Williams opened a recording studio locally.thanks Lira, keep searching

I get this pic on George's site - a guy who frequented the pub and was around London at festivals (70's-80's), etc. He authorized the distribution.

Some time ago I talked to him and he was pleased to know about this forum and Terry that was still around. Don't know if he subscribed, though...

I always check if the photo is copyrighted. But the BLITZ's a free one:
