Please to say,we have been in Jeff Studio,re mastering the Gerry McAvoy Bride house Album BASSICS.and Believe me it sounds Great, the Lyric on all Gerrys Songs, are mostly about his time living in his home town of Belfast in Northern Ireland, which in its self is a education for us ,living in England, apart from the violence, there are love stories ,that could be true.there will also be bonus tracks ,and the studio single
Streetalk, there is alive recording of this on the Album.Gerry songs he has written there are 8 songs.then we have the ledgendary Steve Waller,,and Dave Edwards who sings Many Rivers to Cross.which sounds better than the original hit song.
This Album will be for sale on our web site shortly

We Have Finished remastering  Gerry McAvoys Bassics album to CD.Jeff is putting the final touchs to the Art work so we can start taking orders.
Gerry of course was Rory Gallaghers bass player for 12 years ,when Rory died he joined The Nine Below Zero band and is still playing with them to this day.
I have written a review of the Bassics album which you can read on our web site under News. This is the first release of Bassics in CD format  from when we   released the vinyl Album in 1979..apart from Gerry who is the main vocalist we also have tracks by Dave Edwards and Steve Waller.+ Gerrys single Street Talk/Many Rivers to Cross, as bonus tracks..T.M

As one of the few that appear to have bought BASSICS - must echo Terry's comments about this CD.
It is regularly on in the car and with the bonus of Dave Edward's vocals - It's great
