Well the new CD is finished ,Jeff hopes to finish the Art Work this Monday.
we then have to get them professional copied say another week ,then it will be ready
so hoping no slips,the name is, '@The Bridge 1979
which features Gerry McAvoy, Bass  Stevie Smith vocals & harmonica  Steve Waller vocals & Guitar
Ted McKenna Drums Lou Martin Piano Brendon O`Neill Percussion
Ron Carthy  Trumpet and Mick Eves Sax

As we prepare to release another Gem from live At the Bridge ,once again we all know how lucky we are to hear this music ,,and guess what, it sounds better now, than when we first saw and heard  it way back in 1979, Gerry McAvoy never ever
Had a bad night , he would gather the cream of British  rock, blues  stars who would come on down for one of his nights ,queuing to get on stage and have a blow, These
Including Rory Gallagher .Paul Jones Chris Thompson, Huey Lewis Dave Edwards Dennis Reeves ,all great vocalist. also all the greatest guitarist ever would arrive ,to many to mention. In this instance Steve Waller, arrives no Question one of the greats of the Blues, made so many unusual  new sounds ,with  his wily sounds He was playing at the Bridge ,and chosen by Manfred Mann to join his band .touring and making albums ..Little Stevie Smith,  Harmonica and Vocals formed he own Blues Band SALT. packed every gig he played in, , Ted McKenna and Lou Martin with Gerry became the Rory Gallagher band, Brendon O’Neill, became  Rory Gallagher drummer  then with Gerry  McAvoy they are in there present band Nine Below Zero Who are the top R,B band playing today,.
Ron Carthy and Mick Eves Trumpet and Sax ,fetch the cream to the top and it overflows, and do not forget to join in the chorus of ,AT THE BRIDGE 1979
The deep Baritone you hear in the middle is me, can you outdo me give it a TRY.

Received the latest CD @The Bridge 1979 at the weekend and it's not been off the player yet!

Great band, great songs and great quality.
Enjoying it immensely - The best Christmas present I could have bought for myself!
